These are among the most important works of our times. Yoga healed my body years ago and has continued to heal my mind from the harsh treatment of capitalism. Thanks for your contribution.

Yoga is the bridge that connects all sapient beings. Animals do it all the time, babies and young children also are masters with their body & stretching.

As you grow your message has also grown! I will continue sending prayerful thoughts your way & continue sharing Yoga with adults and children. Yoga does heal the mind, the body and the spirit – thus it is the perfect addition to ANY “body!”

Keep growing – Sharing – Exploring. You are a precious link in this community and we all universally embrace and love you back for all you do.

    Om shanti

  3. Your commitment to motion and posture providing healing, energy and comfort are indeed a gift of example. Over time, your contribution will be great as you clearly work to extend/expand the discipline/awareness needed.

Hey Drea, I was reading a magazine today in a doctors waiting room (orthodontist) and this is what I came across some information that I thought went with exactly what you and others have been saying.

We can nourish our skin from the inside out. I love it when the “mainstream” folks get their moment – that has been around for thousands of years.

The sad part is so many people are just wasting money spending it on media sponsored products that DO NOT WORK.

Fifty million dollars. That’s how much Americans spent last year on “nutri-cosmetics”—drinks, pills, even candies that claim to clear breakouts, smooth wrinkles, or fade blotches. But dermatologists and nutritionists aren’t convinced that these increasingly popular products are wise investments. “Certain supplements, like fish oil, may improve the quality of your skin, but there’s no FDA oversight of them, so it’s hard to know how much of the nutrient is actually being absorbed by your body and is affecting your complexion,” says Jessica Wu, assistant clinical professor of dermatology at the University of Southern California. A diet packed with lean proteins, whole grains, and fruits and vegetables, however, is likely to have a positive effect on your face. “Improving your eating habits isn’t going to eliminate wrinkles or sagging, but research shows it will improve the tone and texture of your skin,” says Mary Lupo, MD, clinical professor of dermatology at Tulane

Whats your take on Vegetable seed?

I’m interested in Bringing Vegetable seeds with me to Thailand. Has anyone any information on why this shouldn’t be done from a legal perspective?

If, legal, what documents do I need if any?

All of the seed is collected from local California gardens that grow organic. It’s for a home garden and I intend to distribute vegetation with garden groups.

Politically, for me, food shortages and access to variety have created many to go hungry.

    Any advice?
